Board Of Directors

The Authority is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven members, headed by the Chairman of the Board, with experience and competence in capital affairs. The first Board of Directors was formed in 2006. The current Board of Directors comprises the following:

  1. Mr. Maher Al-Masri, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

  2. Mr. Abd Al-Hafeth Nofal, vice-chairman, a representative of the Ministry of National Economy, since 1/2/2012.

  3. Mrs. Mona Al-Masri, representative of the Ministry of Finance.

  4. Mr. Riyad Abu Shehadeh, representative of the Palestinian Monetary Authority.

  5. Mr. Nabil Abu Diab, representative of the operating banks in Palestine.

  6. Mr. Aziz Abdel-Jawad, representative of the Palestinian companies.

  7. Mr. Walid Al-Najjab, representative of the Palestinian companies.
